Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

What are your shipping times?

We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2pm Central Time and a UPS pick-up (Monday through Friday only) at 3pm Central Time. Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

What are your payment methods?

We only use registered Shopify Payment providers. These include Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypall express Checkout.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If a product is damaged or faulty, we will replace your product free of charge.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact admin@roguegentleman.com within 48 hours of receipt.  

What if my order never arrives?

Our items are shipped with tracking numbers, so we will investigate any missing deliveries with our supplier. If the delivery is confirmed to be missing, we will replace or refund your order. 

What are the shipping costs for your products?

We offer FREE Shipping in the USA and Canada. International shipping rate is a flat fee of $30USD. 

What is the average dispatch time for when a customer places an order?

Orders will be dispatched from our Warehouse within 2 business days.
