Where do you ship?

We ship orders To the United States and Canada.

What are your shipping times?

We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2pm Central Time and a UPS pick-up (Monday through Friday only) at 3pm Central Time. Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If a product is damaged or faulty, we will refund or replace your product. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt. 

What if my order never arrives?

Our items are shipped with tracking numbers, so we will investigate any missing deliveries with our supplier. If the delivery is confirmed to be missing, we will replace or refund your order. 

What are the shipping costs for your products?

Shipping in the USA and Canada is a $9.95 USD flat fee. International shipping rates will be updated as we open our products to other markets. 

What is the average shipping time for when a customer places an order?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days and are shipped via Ground.
